Bad pizza pie

I recently ordered a pizza pie from Romans Pizza and was disappointed with the quality. The pizza arrived lukewarm, the pie was sticked onto the paper there was very little topping compared to what was advertised. The cheese lacked flavour, and overall the pizza tasted as if it had been sitting for a while before delivery. Unfortunately, this was not the standard I expected, and it was not worth the price I paid. I hope Romans Pizza can improve their quality control and consistency.
