bad is not THIS BAD!!

terrible. terrible placed in store order at 18:31. are told "we are a bit busy will have to wait about 35 minutes. sure ni problem i will wait. order 3 pizzas and 1 salad. you will not believe. got my order 19:53 after waiting in store and asking about my order. what am I told when phoning the call centre. they are sorry and president square Roman's pizzas store manager will call me immediately it is now 20:37 still ni call.
