Bad Expirience

Bought pizza at Roman's pizza Krugersdorp, my wife swiped my card and removed it before it can issue the receipt, but on mu side the transaction went through and they requested me to give them my bank statement which i told them that the transaction wont show on my bank statement since my statement runs from the 17 of each month. I contacted my bank and they gave me the authorisation number to pass on which i was told that they dont work with phones and they only require a bank a statement which to me i should give it to them on the 17 of March. I left without my pizza after spending almost an hour trying to resolve the issue. All i want is my money from Romans Pizza. Im never gonna buy any Pizza from them after this expirience. They better make sure that they refund me my R139
