Bad experience at Romans Pizza Athlone

Hi, I visited the Athlone branch on Saturday the 30 June. I ordered a Garlic Bread Supreme, and 3 thick base Pizzas. To my horror I was told that they do not have Garlic bread nor do they have thick base. For a Saturday evening, this is rather pathetic. The staff at this store are clearly over worked and there aren't enough people to order/serve.

2 weeks prior to this, I phoned my order in. I was told to collect in 15 minutes. When I arrived, I had to wait over an hour and the order was completely incorrect. I regularly frequent this store as this is the only Halaal store to where I live. The service is always atrocious and the owner never around.
