Bad customer services

Romans Pizza pineslopes The services and everything is all good all thought sometimes it takes more than the estimated time for one to get their order.. The is this girl by the name of Prisca.. or something along those lines. She is full of attitude that one.. she drags her feet and she tends to forget that no matter the personal issues she has at home or work, when she is behind that counter she must behave professionally. I demand that she gets a warning that one. One day i went into the store during lunch time last week, can't remember the exact date, just to get some pizza, to my surprise as i was approaching the till.. she saw me then she quickly just walked away and went to the back.. took a mop and started screaming at her associates that there was a customer in front. Is that the kind of customer service you train your employees to give to customers? I am very disappointed. I demand feedback from this. She is an employee because of me as a customer,, otherwise she would be jobless,She needs to separate her personal feelings from her job. I am so agitated as i type this review.
