Bad customer service romans waverley

I thought that every person that walks in a store and buys or drivers who collect should be treated with respect. Am a driver and a customer at romans waverley where the staff treated drivers like they are nothing and romans does not care because your just a drivers . Meaning stuff can just disrespect you and there is nothing one can do. Their customers service managers says she only deals with customers complaints not drivers. Even after i told her that am also a customer. When I walk in a store I represent a customer as customer manager myself I know am suppose to greet anyone that walks and I will not stop to assist that person because thye did not greet me . Its my duty as customer managers or staff in a store to greet and welcome anyone in my store so that they feel welcome at all times . Am so ****ed and I don't I can recommend anyone to go buy there. Even me I will not buy from that romans . Both internal and external customers are equally important to the business.
