Bad customer service and handling of staff

<p>Went to Romans on Saturday evining bi Pretorius street nd Vanderwalt soo never seen a long interlectual supervisor worse black skined like his fellow collegues soooo rude over his stuff like its his fathers store whilst hes just an employee there to work for survival like all other employees please Romans managment u gys just need to teach or get ur employees on training for communication a store is not just made a succes bi one person or 2 but us customers nd your employees....A lady was buzy with customers all patient kind and assistful for the fact that the eft declined the rude supervisor whom i forgot his name Paul or something rudely shouted at a poor lady fr just not cancelling the transection...why list dont call de poor employee to the back talk professionaly to her than screem making the ugly bossy face like hed have swallowed her poor body out ..
