Bad customer service

Romans pizza doesn’t have customer service and they are unhygienic. On Monday the 7th of March 2022 just after 14:00 I went with my colleagues to buy pies at Romans pizza at shop 11 the square3 Retief Street Potchefstroom . We waited for about 10 minutes after we paid and the cashiers kept calling the guys from outside to come and prepare pies for us. When they decided to come they didn’t even wash their hands and they went to the refrigerator, used their bare hands to take what they were putting in the pies and we didn’t complain. I bought a beef pie and after 25 minutes after we paid I received a pie marked beef outside and I took it and drove over 5 km home. When I got home I opened the pie and inside was pork. I drove back to the store hoping to get apology and what I ordered in the first place instead the guy that prepared the guy had an attitude and even shouted at the cashiers telling them to apologize on his behalf. The store manage tried talking to him and the guy was stubborn. I left the pie at the store because I don’t eat pork and I left without getting my money back.
