Bad customer service

I went to Roman's pizza at Pretoria CBD by pretorius street I had a horrible customer service. I have ordered pizza pie during my lunch hour waiting 20 minutes by the eating area then went back to check it, the cashier said is not ready and I could see the order behind them but they were focused on chatting. After 40 munites of my lunch break that's when they gave me my order they didn't even APOLOGIZE instead they where forcing that they have called the order. but I came to them with a slip and stand in front of them for another 20 minutes and they said my order is not out. I'm really not happy with their customer service it's important to treat customers the same no matter what uniform they are wearing. I don't think I will ever return to that store anymore they have just lost one of their regular customer. I felt like crying today as I was hungry and shaking all I needed is to eat 😠😠😠😠I give them 0 on customer service.
