Bad customer service

Roman Pizza in Newton Park Port Elizabeth has bad customer service. 1stly I ordered online. My husband went to pick up our order, he gave my name and ref nr. He received the pizza only to let them know the name and ref is not the same. He left with the pizza thinking my son maybe made the name. Only to phone me almost at home and find out that it was wrong order. He went all the way back, just for them to give us cold pizza which he said they went to fetch somewhere at the back. But they have heating units in front. The person whom the order belonged to came the same time my husband returned, he heard his name. The person told the guy that he can take the pizza just like that, my husband told the guy that they gave the pizza too him and he handled it, the guy declined. When my husband told them that he had to come all the way, I'm my experience when a store or any place make a mistake, they take responsibility. No, they told him the manager not there. But what **** me off, is that the pizza was cold they didn't have the audacity to heat it up or offer anyone to my husband for their mistake. I always use to order at Newton Park Roman Pizza but this is wrong on so many levels.
