Bad customer service

We went to Romans Pizza vander hof( Pretoria gardens) we couldn’t get the service because staff having a conversation within themselves not caring to help. This happened for the third time last week Thursday. My wife walks in the same while having their own small meeting laughing, they should focus on customer service. Now we have to buy pizza in Bloed street in Pretoria because of this people that don’t even acknowledge customers that are there to buy.
