Bad customer service

On 28-06-19 I placed an order online for collection after phoning the shop 5 times with no luck. I received my confirmation sms that order was received at the store. They phoned me requesting an order number after the sms stated I should use my name, surname and cellphone number. I had to drive to the store and place a new order and waited another twenty minutes before receiving my order.
