Bad customer service
I went to romans pizza in joburg at jeppe street. I had to vouchers from Vodacom. ..the cashier was about to assist me as the vouchers were still valid. ...the manager just came through called Shumani and never greeted me and told the cashier that "hey were no longer taking this things..instead of greeting me nicely and explain it their branch doesn't take Vodacom vouchers..

The terms & conditions are printed in the Vodacom airtime vouchers that we used for this campaign - the expiry date is listed and printed as 31/10/2018.
I will make sure to follow up with the store owner to address the service delivery of the manager.
