Bad customer service

My wife has been craving Romans Pizza since she had been pregnant, specifically the Tangy Russian and Onion because of the caramalised onions, spending well over R750 this month alone at the Sunvalley Mall branch in Western Cape. Normally we would go and ask the staff for a little more onion as per my wifes craving and they would assist us at no extra charge as it was always on a small pizza. Today however we called in to order 4 small pizzas, 2 of which were the Tangy Russions. While proceeding to make payment my wife noticed very little onion on the pizza (less than the usual amount before asking for more). She then asked if they could please add a bit more and they refused, the manager stepped in to say the onions (R2,00 for a whole onion) would set them back, she then told them that we want to return it and instead were confronted by two staff members and the manager who told us they couldn't take it back as it was already made (leaving us with no other option but to make payment for an unsatisfactory product which we didn't want or enjoy). My wife was in tears over this ordeal (might be the hormones) We will never be back for Romans Pizza again, extremely bad customer service.
