Bad customer service

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I am writing this email in great disappointment, yesterday I called your store to place an order as I knew there was a special for R99.00 running. I ordered chicken and mushroom and a Four in one large pizza but I was told that the special is not on for that, I was quite surprised and I asked why is that because that is not what you advertised on the website, and I was told that its from the rumbling range which I didn't understand or know what it was. Nevertheless I placed the order and paid R154.90 . What made me angry is the fact that when I got to the store people were paying R99.00 for their pizzas and when I asked they said that what I ordered had meat and terms and conditions apply. Now had the lady told me from the onset that the ones that I ordered were not on special but the special was running on different flavours that would have been great customer service. When a store is running a special the staff or restaurant is actually trained to tell the customer about the special on top of what the customer ordered or wanted to give them options but it was not the case with your store.</p> <p> </p>
