Bad customer service

Item: Romans Pizza

I placed an order at Romans Pizza Ghandi square and after realizing they calling order no 223 and mine was 220 I queried. My order was given to another customer. All they could do is say sorry, like we( customers) just collect our pizzas personally. Iam not impress seeing that we now waiting for 30-45 min.

I received a call from a lady called Eve that told me she will provide me with a voucher for the inconvenience caused and will give be me a call with details. To date I have not heard anything.
