Bad customer experience and no name badge

Bad customer service Diepsloot bambanani mall... On the 27th of February I went to order pizza. However, I was told that the are no thick base pizzas. So I ordered a thin base after enquiring whether they will be making them at a later stage. The cashier said no. Another customer enquired why her pizzas are thin base and after a conversation. They then exchanged her order with a thick base. So I enquired if mine could be changed as we were all under the same circumstances. But the cashier just told me that they can't change it because my order was an order that people would not buy. Thus they can not change it. So my question is why should another customer be treated differently in 1 restaurant? And also how can a cashier tell a customer if they change their order, they will not be assisted in the future when I need to purchase from their branch again?
