Bad Bad service from Brits Roman's

i have tried phoning 18 times to order pizza everytime the person picks up the phone and kill it in my ear this is terrible service. were do u find your staff please fire this useful people and give the jobs to people that is willing to do their job. then companies wonder why their doors close its not lockdown its the personal thats not doing their jobs and turning the customers against the franchise
