Bad avocado on pizza

Today 9/01/2018, my wife bought our 4year and 8 year old Daughters pizza as they were very hungry for lunch, upon their arrival home, the opened the pizza with a Big Dissapointment, just to find the avocado on the pizza covered in black spots not normal. One would really think that a big pizza franchise like this would pay carefull attention on quality control, but surely not. Cant believe a restuarant would let food go out to a customer like this, unacceptable.
