bad attitude from manager and waitress

On the 1st of October 2015. We entered Romans Pizza Hatfield, and after being seated we waited 30 minutes to be served by a waitress in the seated area. We had to request service twice, and thereafter we called for a different waiter to serve us who also had an apathetic and defiant attitude. Ruth, the manager on duty did nothing to resolve how long we were waiting and exhibited a lack of control over her rude staff. Ruth failed to apologise for the lazy service delivery of her staff, and also failed to ensure that our food order was placed or that our disgruntlement was seen to. After the 2nd waitress for the evening and the manager proving to be unhelpful and uncaring, we decided to change our order to a take-away order, where we waited an additional 43 minutes for our food to come out, we left Romans Pizza ****** of the expectation of a great evening which was sadly ruined by rude, defiant and an uncaring staff. I am very appalled that this manager and her staff treat their customers with so much disdain. Romans Pizza Hatfield should not carry the prestigious name of the Romans franchise as Ruth and her staff are miserably inadequate, *********** and disgustingly rude.
