Bad attitude and Service

We ordered pizza from Romans in Darras Centre at 18:18 on Wednesday 24 February 2016. We were told it will be ready for pick up within 30 minutes. When we arrived our pizza was not made, several clients in the store received their pizza before they realised that the pizzas weren't made. We then ordered and waited. After 40 minutes we received thin base instead of thick base and were then told we were waiting so long because of the thick bases, bad service and attitude problem from the staff, will not go back to Darras Centre Romans or any other Romans for that matter. Please address.
