bad attitude and fail to deliver

Date visited the store: 20 March 2016<br> Store visited: Roman's Pizza in Lephalale<br> Complaint: on the date mentioned above, I went to Roman's to buy a pizza. Went in placed my order and paid for it then I left the store to drop off a friend. When I came back after a few minutes I was told by the manager that I have already collected my pizza. I told the manager I haven't collected my order yet. He told me that I gave my till slip to someone else to come in and collect my order then now I am coming back to collect it again. When I asked him how come that I still have my till slip he could not answers. From my understanding when you collect your order they take your till slip as proof that you have collected your order. When I showed him other people's till slips that he had collect, and asked him how come I still have mine he could not answer. When I requested that him to give me my money back or give me the pizza he told me that he will do no such thing. I was told to get out without my order that I paid for. The way he handled the whole thing and the way he treated me (like dog). He did not even try to resolve this. Bottom line i was never given my pizza or my money back. <br>
