Bad attitude

What a bad attitude I have received from Romans Pizza Ebony mall Tembisa, they have done a wrong order and when I call them to notify them, the lady who called her self manager was very rude, she said is not her duty to correct the order since I have ordered with uber eats not her, I must resolve my issues with uber eats, when I ask her name she said at Romans pizza they are not allowed to mention their names to customer, she don't care even if I can lodge complain. I never know that at Romans pizza they are very rude and they don't care about customers
