Awesome customer service
I had a most unfortunate customer service experience at Steers last night so went to Romans Brooklyn instead. I was met by friendly staff (Kgomotso) and a delightful manager (Elmont). When I complimented the manager, he smiled a smile so wide I was worried his head would explode! Thank you, Romans Brooklyn!
