Avoid Romans Pizza Ormonde at all costs!!

Their customer service is disgustingly horrible, I ordered my pizza and despite being the only person in the store, I had to go ask the staff who are happily sitting on their phone instead of letting me know my order is done. The lady who assisted me was too worried of her cellphone instead of helping me! @Romans, if you don't believe me, check the store footage at 4:30pm and see for yourselves.

When I received my order, it was incorrect and upon bringing it up, I was told that the cashier didn't make any mistake, after arguing they reluctantly fixed my order.

I'd rather take my money to another pizza outlet than Romans, absolutely shocking.
