Attitude from a Romans pizza manager

I just received the worst customer service from Romans pizza bellville. Firstly I was shouted at by the driver, then he drops the call whilst I’m still talking to him. Secondly I call to lodge a complaint and the manager does not even give me a chance to explain what the argument between me and the driver was, she has already taken her side with the driver. I’m very disappointed with the service from the manager and how she felt with the issue. It felt like a racial issue than a customer issue seeing they were just dealing with a black customer. I might be wrong but that’s the message that I received as a “black customer”
