Arrogant owner with horrible service

My wife purchased seefood pizza from Romans Pizza in ParkRand and they gave us expired toppings, when we returned it , the own gave us horrible treatment and shifted the blame onto Mr deliver where as it only took Mr deliver 20mins to deliver the food. How can food go off within 20mins of being intransit.
