Appalling Customer Service

I have never by far received such appalling service from a fast food restaurant and it is actually my first time ordering their food. I placed my order at 16:25 . I called the store after only receiving a notification of money been taken away but no order number nothing. I was advised the internet is slow but they will place my order manually. At 16:38 after my call I Immediately received an order confirmation stating my order will be delivered in 50 min. And hour 10min later I call to follow up as nothing has happened. The lady who picked up the phone Marly says the driver is on the way. At 18:09 I call the store again to follow up on my order, I ask if there's a way to track the driver they say no the driver has other orders and will get to me, I'm confused and I prove why their system is so unreliable and she passes the phone to a Male without saying anything to me I assume he is the supervisor in store this evening. He was absolutely down right rude the worst part was him dropping the call while I was speaking. My order is paid for yet I sit with my family with no supper yet and have no idea when this driver will IF he will come and the store staff of Roman's Pizza Zevenwatch have no answers for us and where my order is.
