Appalling Customer Service

This particular Romans Pizza branch has 3 telephone numbers on the Romans Pizza website.<br> <br> Yesterday I must have spent about 20 minutes trying to call them to place an order using all 3 numbers yet no one was interested in answering the phone which forced me to drive there and order my pizza!<br> <br> When I arrived I was shocked to see there was only ONE person behind the counter taking orders, and this cashier's attitude stunk. She didn't greet me, she was morbid, she didn't call the pizza numbers out loud enough...for the completed pizzas. People actually had to go up to the counter to ask if their orders have been completed, and these people were sitting in the shop waiting for their pizzas. The shop wasn't even busy at the time. If there were 8 people in there it was a lot.<br> <br> This was just after 18:00 on a Monday. If someone who is privileged enough to have a job with an attitude like that, there are plenty beggers at traffic lights who will be much better suited for the job than this unpleasant woman.<br> <br> Please make a plan Romans...
