Appaling service from Romans Lambton

Absolutely Appalled by the service from Romans in Lambton! Taking 2 hours to deliver our order and not getting any proper feedback except the staff telling us the order is out and the driver got lost. I had to keep following up with them and had to give my address to them 3 times (which was on the online order), and waiting 2 hours for them to deliver 3 simple items, and on top of that they were so rude when speaking to them!?

I will never support them again!
