Apologized before we got there

Last night my mother ordered x4 pizza's (2 boxes) telephonically and went to go pick it up. Upon arrival the lady handed my mom x5 Pizza's and immediately apologized for getting our order wrong. They accidentally made 1 pizza a thin base that we requested be a thick base. We were all very appreciative of this as she and the team really went the extra mile. We so used to people just messing up orders and shrugging it off (at most fast food places) and this lady made the effort to apologize before my mom had gotten there. Thank you to the Stoneridge Romans Pizza manager and the team for excellent service. We will definitely be making Stoneridge our \go-to"branch!!!"""
