Antoni at Wingtip for the win!

I ordered a Tropical and BBQ Chicken Supreme through the app tonight at Wingstip for the current special of R129.00. I asked for Tropical to have a chilli base. When I went to the store about 30 minutes later, the lady told me, they made a mistake with the Tropical and added green chilli on it, instead of a chilli base. She told me it is their problem and they are busy making me the correct pizza and I can have 'incorrect' one for free. Then the manager Antoni called out from behind the kitchen and said he doesn't want to give me something I wouldn't enjoy. I watched how the manager himself checked the process in the kitchen and boxed the pizza for me himself. This is absolutely fabulous service by both the branch and manager, Antoni, himself. It is not the fact that I received a free pizza, but the fact that they actually apologized for their mistake verbally and the manager was not too important, as many managers are, to stand behind the kitchen and check the proceedings. Very well done.
