answer the phones
Phoned in to place an order and waited over twenty minutes until my airtime had run out and still had no one answer the phone to take my order. This is very poor service to a regular customer and i hope that i will be compensated for my wasted airtime and that the branches staff be sorted out as i wont be returning till there is better service!!!
