Angry cashier hates her job

I went to rams on Ferndale and had the worst service ever experienced in my life!! Being a regular roman's pizza client I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted by the calibre of people employed to serve us customers and vow to complain every week until I get a satisfactory response. Rendy was lying on the counter and did not seem to be keen to serve us, we tried to make conversation with her but she was stiff and aloof. I asked for a SPAGHETTI BOLOGNAISE and she asked if I wanted thick or thin Base upon telling her I wanted pasta she rudely pointed at the menu and said read what's available. When I asked if she was OK or was she having a rough day she said that she didn't like the look of me the moment I walked in. When i told her i will complain to her franchisee she said i should go ahead as she knows he will do nothing to her. So I ask Romans is this the kind of service Romans believes in and do they advocate for their employees treating customers this way and do they still expect me to spend my hard earned money on such undignified and rude client services?
