Angry

Hi. On Friday 22May2020 I bought a pizza from romans pizza at Jabulani mall, only to find that it was not well cooked as I could see the dough in the pizza. I called and laid a complain and I told them I will come on Monday to show them because I took a vedeo as a proof. I did go today and I told them I will like to have a refund and the manager by the name of John Khoza told me they don't do refunds they rather do a thin base for me cz the thick one might have a dough again.

All in all I was not happy cz I had to make a plan on what to eat as they delivered a pizza full of dough.

So does this mean it a loose to me as I don't want another pizza?
