<p>I called through to Romans pizza Honeydew, spoke to a representative by the name of Lingiwe(According to what she said when I asked).</p> <p>I was calling to order food, and all I could hear in the background was what I assume to be noisy and loud staff. So I ask how voucher codes work as I got vouchers with my tyres. After three attempts, she promptly says "Your phone is broken".</p> <p>To which it is very much not, she does not think to tell her co-workers to keep it down, instead rudely accuses me of the above.</p> <p>Now this may not seem like a "Major" issue to some, but rather say, "Sorry, I can't hear you, can you phone back please?"</p>
