<p>Had a little mistake made on my order and I phoned romans pizza just to let them know, assistant manager was very understanding and said I would get a call back, I got a call back and I spoke to the franchisee Lerize who is an amazing woman and I wish most companies would follow up on their customers like this all the time, the little time we spoke taught me a lot, keep up the good work what an amazing Customer experience </p>
