Agents do not listen to the customers over the phone.

I ordered a Barbecue Chicken and a Hot Chicken Large pizza on the Sava Flava range from Roman's Pizza Ormonde. Instead of Barbecue Chicken, I received a Beef pizza from them. As a Catholic, I CANNOT eat any red meat during Lent, so I had to give it away. I am so disappointed by this service.
