Adios Romans!

Romans Pizza Middelburg has poor quality control checks when sending orders out. It seems that they carelessly take orders and don't pay attention to details. So many times I have ordered pizza with extra cheese, does my pizza come with extra cheese? No but I sure as hell pay for it. I order thick base. Do I get my thick base, ofcourse not because I am seemingly asking for too much. Even more frustrating is that if you order through a food delivery app, you have to wait for the incorrect order to arrive before you can cancel and re-order. Basics that are seemingly too much to ask for. In 2022, your apps/control checks should be a lot better than they are. Also, if someone orders chilli on the SIDE, why would you put it in the pizza because you don't know how much chilli that person can tolerate? Also, the rate at which this branch runs out of thick base dough and the frequency thereof shows that their forecasting skills are off. You can see the demand for that is high so why are you not adjusting your predictions to better serve your customers? Love your pizza but losing me as a customer because there is nothing I hate more than inconvenience; especially when I am paying for it.
