Absolutely ridiculous

What a horrible service from your Clearwater mall branch.I called to collect,when I get there cashier is assisting another client,when done he gets on his personal phone meanwhile your other staff members are busy running around talking about another client and their order,more than 5min has passed and nobody has bothered to ask me if I have been assisted.another client comes and get assisted ahead of me only then that's when one staff member ask the cashier if I have been assisted and proceeds to ask the cashier to help me.nobody greeted me even the cashier couldn't even bother to smile or let alone apologize for his poor service!!!!only the guy that brought my needless to say cold order uttered a few words that sounded like an apology!!!!is this what your brand stands for with such poor horrible service??
