A good experience because of one good employee

A few weeks ago I ordered a pizza from Romans Pizza Jabulani Mall Soweto, using my Uber app and then when it was time for my pizza to be delivered it took over an hour and the Uber eats driver kept giving me excuses..fast forward to when the pizza was ready he delivered it to the wrong address and he took a picture and left with it. After calling him to no avail I decided to go to Romans Pizza in Jabulani Mall Soweto when I got there firstly I was told the Uber driver ran away with my pizza mind you I had paid online, there was a woman in in the front counter that had an attitude and she paid no mind to my situation saying to me " what am I planning on doing regarding my matter?" I was confused because I had receipts that stated that I paid them but the women paid me absolutely no mind and she couldn't care less she was on duty around 20:30hr on the 30th August, Luckily there was a very kind gentleman that was on duty with her and had overheard my complaints and he said he would sort out my problem for me he said his name is Samkelo and he is the main reason I'm giving Romans pizza 4 stars.. he was very patient with me and asked me questions about my query and didn't make it feel like it was my fault that I got dribbled by both Romans and Uber eats he even went as far as talking to some of the Uber drivers outside to ask for the one that was delivering my pizza, I would really like to send my compliments to him as worker he made my experience very barrable...
