Disappointed with Romans Thavhani

Today i went to Romans Thavhani mall to buy my son a Pizza after a long trip driving. I was assisted by a lady who looked so angry and not friendly at all We waited for our Pizza for a long time and I went to the counter to check our order.But the lady kept ignoring me with my slip, while assisting people who came after me and I tried to get her attention. But she gave me an attitude and o had to shout for her to attend me and finally i was assisted and she did not even apologize and gave me a funny look I'm so disappointed with Romans and unfortunately it's my sons favorite
