Rotten Romans

First time ordering in person at Romans Paarl on the Main Road and the service was **********. The lady who helped me was on her personal phone the entire time. There were only 2 of us in the store and after waiting 20 min for a small pizza I eventually said that I couldn't wait any longer.

The lady who took our order could see that both myself and the other lady were starting to become impatient and when asking where the order was the lady would shout to the kitchen staff and they would shout back but still no service.

Truly a rotten experience!
