I would just like to send out a BIG SHOUT OUT to Roman's Pizza Glen Gables.It is easy to complain bt we need to also compliment when companies make things right.We Went to Roman's Pizza Silverton & were shocked by the service and the quality of the food we recieved.We moved to East Lynne & decided to give Roman's another try & visited the Glen gables branch.Lady was there there in Blue Roman's t-shirt who introduced herself as someone from head office (I think her name was Sue) after hearing my partner's loud vocal protest to me that he didn't want to eat there.She calmly asked if he would give her & this branch the opportunity to make it up. He was hesitant but said he would give it a shot.The service we recieved yesterday from the staff at this branch especially the widely smiling and friendly manager MUSIWA would have made any food taste great...BUT, oh my it was outrageously delicious. Rest assured, Roman's Glen Gables.U have are now our family favourite weekly pizza night.
