Romans Pizza - Madelief Centre. Disgusting Attitude from Manager

Good day We received bad experience from the Manager himself, the old white guy with glasses. His attitude was appalling and to think that we are customers that pay. I ordered pizza pie that took over an hour to get, when I wanted to cancel my order he came and he said why do I WANT to cancel with attitude even. When I rep**** to say, I am cancelling because this order is taking way too long, that's the reason. Instead he gave me a flavor that was not even what we ordered (an order cancelled by a previous customer that was behind us) and gave it with disgusting attitude even. Just for that stinking attitude that I received they have lost a loyal customer. On top of that I paid via cash and he could have easily opened the till and gave me my money back. I'm so disgusted by his behavior to top it up, he expects me to to say "Thank you" for giving me a pizza flavor that I did not even order and for waiting for over an hour, he expected a Thank you as if He is giving it to me for free and doing me a favour yet I paid for it. Every time I enquired they did not even bother to check the order slip or let alone ask the people preparing the food at the back.
