ROMANS PIZZA DLAMINI JUNCTION DO BETTER, SIES MAAN
What a terrible experience I had at Romans Pizza in Dlamini Junction, I placed an order online to avoid having to wait in store while having a bad cold. Place the order for collection since they have a collections drive thru. The order showed it will be ready at 6pm. I go through the drive thru, a complete waste of time no one sees me, all the windows for the drive thru are closed. I wait for the teller to look through the windows to see me so I can collect my order. She helps someone at the counter and walks away to the back. No one in the front counter to assist me, I then decide to park the car aside and walk in. I get to the counter the teller tells me my order didnt come through. I ask her how is that possible, she asks my name, looks at the tablet and reads my order to me and says they have to load the order again, as their systems are down and they loading the orders manually. I ask her you literally have my order in your hand you only want yo load it now when I have arrived to collect. I asked her why they didn't load it before I got there, she did not have an answer. If you dont want to run a store the correct way CLOSE IT DOWN, if you dont know how to run a business CLOSE IT DOWN, if you have a drive thru that does not fulfill its purpose CLOSE THAT ISH DOWN!
