Long waiting times and treating customers badly

I was at Romans pizza on 07/12/2024. I order 4 pizzas and asked the cashier how long it would take and was told 25 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and my order was not even showing as being prepared. In the meantime many people came and went with the telephone orders. A lady also came and went into the back of the store and walked out with 4 pizzas and was even walked to her car by someone maybe the manager or owner. This means that the customers who had been waiting a long time were just pushed to the back so that this ladies pizza could be made before ours. It seems as if friends are more important than the customers as another customer was also complaining that he was waiting a long time. The people that own this store should be fined or someone should investigate them for the way they ignore customers/make them wait for over an hour etc.
