Blame shifters

I took my watch to Romancing the Stone, a jeweler @ Irene Village Mall to change the battery.<br> <br> When i received it back again, the expensive to replace, strap was broken on both ends.<br> <br> The old guy, I guess the owner, said he didn't even realized that it happened but that it was an old strap in any case. He didn't apologize he only said that he will glue it together. It is broken in such a way that no glue will be able to mend it!<br> <br> I'm totally disgusted at their pathetic customer service and would strongly recommend that everybody think twice before supporting them.<br> <br>
