False advertising.

my company are in urgent need of rental space so i been referred by a colleque to Romalax. After initially sending 14 requests, 11 emails 8 calls eventually some one picked up. Upon explaining my request with DETAILS and PROPERTY AVAILABLE ON THEIR WEBSITE, i was briefly and short tolded that they dont rent out such properties , and that i should read their website better and that i have the wrong branch number ( which i didnt call be ause the cape town branch never answers they telephone it gets routed to headoffice.) that i will be called by capetown branch as headoffice will forward my details. Its now 3 days later and still nobody called me or even rep**** to my emails. Now if i call both head office and capetown regional office dont pick up their phones. Whats the point of advertising propertu if its not actual in existence. The call centre staff is badly mannered and definitely lacking in Telephone etiquette. Just a pity they have all the more afforable places on their books . Poor owners of these properties must never have tenants. They lack efficiency, honesty and lack overall ppl skills. I most surely will not recommend anyone in using their services
