Terrible Service

On Monday 15 June 2015, we had a reservation at Roma Revolving Restaurant. My boyfriend made the reservation 2 months prior to make sure we get a table. We got there a bit early, was seated, served our wine and got our pre-meal bread basket. No service after that. 30 minute wait. We asked a passing waiter that we wanted to order after, and he said he will get someone to take our order. After another while of waiting, my boyfriend went to reception to ask that someone take our order and they said they will get someone to take our order. <br> Still nothing after that. There were 2 tables seated after us, on either side, who had their meal orders taken and no attention paid to us. When we got up to leave, and complained about not being served, we were told that only managers takes food orders and waiters are only allowed to take drinks orders. <br> I am extremely upset about this, as there had been an arrangement with the waiter beforehand that we were to get engaged that night, but that didn't make us get any more service.
